I’ll apologize in advance, but I just couldn’t resist posting this video from The Onion. While watching it the first time, I actually wondered if this might be a fairly realistic scene in Congress these days. Perhaps instead of writing letters and sending emails to our elected officials, we should just buy a box of crayons and draw them some pictures of the TRUE state of our nation, starting with the greater Phoenix real estate market. And yet, while cartoon funny, it’s sadly an indictment of the insanely ridiculous and out-of-touch asset managers that control the sale of bank owned properties. Where is the Department of Real Estate when you need them the most?
