I’ll apologize in advance, but I just couldn’t resist posting this video from The Onion. While watching it the first time, I actually wondered if this might be a fairly realistic scene in Congress these days. Perhaps instead of writing letters and sending emails to our elected officials, we should just buy a box of crayons and draw them some pictures of the TRUE state of our nation, starting with the greater Phoenix real estate market. Hope you enjoy this 2 minute video as much as I did. And either way, have a terrific weekend!
Adults Go Wild Over Latest In Children’s Picture Book Series
This is a very funny video on the state of the current bank-owned/foreclosure market, and it applies to the greater Phoenix real estate market. And yet, while cartoon funny, it’s sadly an indictment of the insanely ridiculous and out-of-touch asset managers that control the sale of bank owned properties. Where is the Department of Real Estate when you need them the most?
I gotta tell ya, if your week has been as busy and hectic as mine, then you’re bound to be ready to relax a bit. This greater Phoenix real estate market is challenging to say the least, but rather than whine about my rough exhausting week, I say we all take a couple of minutes and laugh. Hope this video helps to bring a smile to your face, and a shift in perception. Then have a terrific weekend!
