    Randy Hooker

    Randy was born and raised in Texas but has been a resident of Arizona since 1997. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Randy is a former Licensed Professional Counselor, and has over thirty years of consulting, marketing and management experience ~ in addition to 14 years as a full time residential real estate and relocation specialist in Arizona.

    The concept and attitude that Randy brings to Dreamcatcher Realty and all of their clients is that real estate agents should serve as real estate Consultants ~ drastically different from traditional sales people or old school sales agents. A Consultant listens to the needs, desires and dreams of their Clients and then helps them meet their goals and objectives. A Consultant offers information while supporting and encouraging Clients in their own decisions. A Consultant never pressures or ‘sells’ their Clients. A Consultant is dedicated to the well-being of their Clients ~ not the commissions. A Consultant is in constant pursuit of more knowledge that will enable him/her to better serve their Clients. A Consultant is a friend, advocate and loyal professional with unquestioned integrity!

    “The Arizona housing market is full of pitfalls: from homes in varying states of disrepair to unscrupulous sellers interested in flipping a home just to make a quick buck. I had never met Randy before, but was referred by a close friend who had used him on two separate occasions. I was purchasing a home while living in another state, and Randy’s knowledge, integrity, and conviction helped us to navigate what would have otherwise been an impossible process. He understands the industry, from financing through negotiations and final inspections. I relied solely on Randy’s recommendations at every step of the way. He has a great finance company he works with, and has worked with him for many years, along with an excellent home inspector, both of which proved helpful during an otherwise very stressful process. Throughout the process, we relied on Randy’s experience and sage advice. The loan officer [Jeremy House] appreciates the referrals from Randy and in return, he commits to quick closing (in some cases as little as two-three weeks). We know that the short closing time gave us the competitive advantage on our home offer. Likewise, scheduling our home inspection happened faster than either of us expected because Randy had a contact. While these contacts may seem insignificant, you’ll be grateful for anything that makes the home buying process easier.
